We ask customers to allow 2 working day for items to be shipped. After your order has been shipped, please allow up to 3-5 working days for your item to be delivered.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCAHNGE AN ITEM?
We offer no hassle refunds and exchanges on all full priced items in original condition. If you meet the conditions please contact us with your name, address, order number and the list of items you have purchased.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, HOW CAN I GET THIS FIXED?
Send us an email to email@example.com ASAP so we can correct this before your order ships out. Please include [WRONG ADDRESS] in the subject line so we can notice your high priority issue. Please don’t forget to include your name, address, and your order number in the email.
MY ORDER STATUS IS COMPLETED BUT I DON’T HAVE MY ORDER?
This simply means that the order has been processed and shipped, essentially the order has been “completed” from our end and is now on its way to you!
HOW DOES FEEL THE BUZZ PROCESS PAYMENTS?
Our pricing is based on the GBP, Pound Sterling. All payments and private financial details such as credit card numbers are dealt directly by our payment processors to ensure your privacy.
